HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Session 1: Sensory Mapping (60 minutes)
We start with a deep-dive intake session where we explore your sensory experiences through discussion.
Together we identify your likely sensory processing patterns and the areas where your nervous system gets overwhelmed.
After this session you’ll receive a personalized sensory report outlining:
• the patterns we identified
• what those patterns mean for daily life
• early strategy recommendations
Sessions 2–4: Strategy Implementation (45 minutes each)
In the follow-up sessions we move from insight to action.
We focus on:
• building regulation strategies
• testing tools and routines in your real life
• troubleshooting what works and what doesn’t
• adjusting strategies so they actually stick
By the end of the program you’ll have a clear understanding of your sensory system and practical tools you can keep using long-term.
