About Me!

Kailey Waskall · MOT, OTR/L

Kailey has been collaborating with the disability community for over a decade and serving as a licensed, practicing occupational therapist (OT) since 2019.

As an OT, Kailey saw the challenges her client’s faced when trying to build their own accessible beauty routines. She also recognized how many neurodivergent adults struggled to learn their own sensory regulation needs.

In 2024, Kailey began to build an online presence due to her insightful and unique content reviewing makeup through this lens of accessibility. She has since expanded this presence to include general “life skills for chaos goblins;” a phrase Kailey coined after recognizing the accommodations she was providing herself as a late diagnosed adult with ADHD & OCD.

Since building an online community, Kailey expanded her services to provide consultative support to other disabled and neurodivergent adults. Using her unique background and knowledge, Kailey is able to help others build beauty routines uniquely theirs and supporting neurodivergent adults in recognizing and accommodating their own sensory needs.
